Welcome! The centre of our work is always person-centered, intersectional, identity-affirming and culturally-affirming. Making our practice well-suited to support individuals of BIPoC and 2SLGBTQ+ communities. We offer individual psychotherapy services to adults. We also provide services at a reduced-fee to those eligible. Spots are available year-round. Please contact us if you have any questions.
